Grab an old t-shirt and seize the opportuni-tee to make a circle scarf in minutes! 

Step 1. Start with the basics: a clean, bright tee and a pair of sewing scissors. A patterened top will make your scarf pop; a simple solid will look classic and cool.

Step 2. Carefully cut horizontally across the tee under one sleeve to the other. You'll be left with a t-shirt tube.

Step 3. Cut vertical slices along the bottom, creating fringe around the t-shirt tube. Make either short cuts or long ones, your choice. 

Step 4. Give each strand a tug to elongate it, and knot the bottom for a funky finishing touch. Voila!
