HOW DO I ORDER A SUBSCRIPTION TO JUSTINE MAGAZINE?
You can place your order online at justinemagazine.com, by fax to 901.761.2855 or by U.S. mail to Customer Service, Justine Magazine, 6263 Poplar Ave., Suite 1154, Memphis, TN 38119.  (Please do not send cash.)

HOW MUCH IS A SUBSCRIPTION? (All subscriptions are paid in US Dollars with shipping and handling charges included)

U.S. Subscription Prices:  

1 year (6 issues) $17.95

2 years (12 issues) $27.95

3 years (18 issues)  $32.95

Canada: 1 year  $30.00 (Prepaid in U.S. dollars)

Foreign: 1 year  $50.00 (Prepaid in U.S. dollars)

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A BILL, BUT HAVE ALREADY PAID?
If you have received a subscription bill after you have already paid it, the bill and your payment probably crossed in the mail. You can check your account status by requesting information by email or by regular mail at one of the addresses above. Be sure to include the complete address of the subscription about which you are inquiring.

I RECENTLY SUBSCRIBED TO JUSTINE. WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED MY FIRST ISSUE?

Please be aware that it can take up to eight (8) weeks to start your subscription, although subscriptions are usually processed and delivered earlier. If more than eight (8) weeks have passed since you placed your order, and you still have not received your first issue, please contact us at one of the addresses above.

HOW OFTEN AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ISSUE OF JUSTINE?

Justine is published six (6) times per year, every other month, so you will receive six (6) issues per year. Issues are named Dec/Jan, Feb/Mar, Apr/May, Jun/Jul, Aug/Sep, Oct/Nov. Please use the specific name of an issue when inquiring about it. For example, do not just refer to an issue as “February” or just “April.” You should receive your subscription issue a few days prior to the first named month of the issue name. (For example, you should receive your October/November subscription issue in late September.)

ABOUT YOUR MAGAZINE LABEL AND ACCOUNT NUMBER

Your label contains valuable information about your subscription. To ensure that your magazine is delivered in the most efficient manner, please verify that your name, street number, street name, city, state and zip code are all correct on your label and notify us if not. We will make the necessary corrections.

Almost all customer service requests and questions can be handled by e-mail to subs@justinemagazine.com. When contacting us, please provide your account number, which is on your label, along with your complete name and address exactly as it appears on your magazine's mailing label.

When contacting us by U.S. mail, please provide a copy of your magazine's mailing label with your correspondence. If you do not have a copy of your label, please provide your account number and complete name and address exactly as it appears on your magazine's mailing label.

WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRE?
To find out when your subscription will expire, check the date on your magazine label.

HOW DO I RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION?
To renew your subscription, click the Subscribe Link, or send your renewal request to our Customer Service. Renewal orders must be received six to eight weeks prior to subscription expiration to assure delivery without an interruption in service.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY MAILING ADDRESS?
If you've moved, don't forget to take your Justine subscription with you. If you are over 13, you can change your address via email here or call, fax or mail us with your complete name PLUS your new and old address. Otherwise, please ask a parent to handle this for you.

CAN I CHANGE MY "BILL TO" OR "SHIP TO" INFORMATION?
Yes. To notify us of a change of billing information, just send the complete old AND new names and addresses here.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON’T RECEIVE AN ISSUE IN THE COURSE OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you have not received an issue of your current subscription, please let us know. However, please allow a bit of extra time before contacting us to be sure your issue is not just late in delivery from the post office. We will replace missing issues.

HOW CAN I BE SURE JUSTINE IS RIGHT FOR A TWEEN/TEEN GIRL?
People often ask us what the perfect age is for a girl to start reading Justine. We write for girls 12 years of age and up but due to the lack of edgy/controversial content, most adults feel that it is acceptable for younger 10/11-year-olds to read. We do, however, limit website interactive activity to teens 13 years of age and older. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ISSUE?
If your copy is damaged by postal delivery, please e-mail us and we will send you a new copy. Also please notify your local post office if the problem continues.

MAY I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? HOW?                                Yes. To cancel your subscription, please contact us and provide the complete address of the subscription you wish to cancel. Refunds can only be made for the unserved (unmailed copies) portion of your subscription. Please note that if you did not make your order directly through Justine, you must contact the subscription agency from which you ordered. We cannot refund agency orders.
