Here are some great interval drills used by marathon runners. Don't worry about measuring out distances, just use the blocks in your neighborhood or mailboxes as indicators for the distance desired.
Sprints: Jog a block, sprint half a block in your neighborhood. Repeat 4 times.

Curbside Stretch
Stand on a curb or a step and let your heels drop, count to 10 and then stand flat. Repeat 10 times.
You can also alternate legs and let only one heel drop at a time for an even deeper stretch.
Cross-Leg Stretch
Step One: Cross your legs. Touch your toes and hold for 10 seconds.
Step Two: Change the foot that is crossed in front to the other foot. Repeat, alternating feet 3 times on each side.
